Not so great. Service was slow and food was cold. Not to mention the roach that came out if my dinner rolls. Will not return.
We had a wonderful experience today at fatz ....NOT. We had 8 people in our party. When we arrived, they were not really that busy, but we had to wait for about 15 minutes because all the seating for "large parties" was full. Over 1/2 of the seating was empty. We had to wait about 1 he 45 mom for our food. We got it immediately after my daughter complained and asked to speak to the manager. Probably means it was sitting there for a while. Needless to say, 1/2 of our order was wrong. They offered to fix it, but my lord by this time, I had already wasted 3 hours of my life there that I'll never get back. Well after several requests to speak to the manager, the waiter brought our ticket and we had about 50%off our bill. The manager never showed up, left the staff to handle everything
4 parties have left the building because the hostess is telling everyone the wait staff is not at work yet. There are two hostesses up front one by the back door for take out. There could be more business here if the company had better customer service . So I choose to spend my money where customer service is better.
I just got a burger brought back to me from this place and let me tell you mcdonalds dollar menu burger is LiTERALLY better! This things was burned black. And I ordered a deluxe bacon cheeseburger and it gets to me with literally nothing on it but cheese. Just two pieces of meat and cheese. This place is a sorry SORRY ass excuse for a restaurant and I will never bring money in that place again. I hope such a terrible experience gets shut down. No one should ever have to pay such a high price only to get the shittiest food known to mankind. Literally Zero pride this place has. Lost all respect from my entire family.

Great place to eat, all the bartenders are friendly and waitresses are great. It's not a place to order steak . It's not a steak house. The ribs are excellent, all you can eat for 14.99 of any flavor they have in the kitchen. Manager Scott is very courtious and visit your table to talk about your dinning experience.
