I have really enjoyed going to the cook out located here in Rockingham, NC since they opened a few months ago. My family and I were going on a weekly bases until the other day when we went and realized they had forgotten to put 3 different items in the bag and I had already gotten home with it. We went back to fix the order and this time we walked up to the window told the woman what was wrong and what was not in the bag she gladly took the receipt went to fix it we waited 6 or 7 minutes she brought the bag out got to the car and they still forgot to put 2 items in it went back to the window again told her I was missing 2 items this time she got an attitude with me slammed the window went to the back came back and every bit of throws it at me and being cocking asks me is there anything else now. Before that night I had only once gotten home and realized they forgot one thing but didn't go back because they were busy at the time I order but after this last experience I won't be going to this cook out very much anymore.
Everything was delicious and amazing. However, the plates they give you don't hold much. I would most definitely recommend this place for a lunch.
Very fast service. Too much onions on the burgers. Its the entire slice of onion. Over all great experience.
Thiswas my first time ever going there and I was pleasantly surprised. The food taste great and the service was superb. I've never had service so fast and with a smile. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling in the area. We had five people in our van ordering food and thewhole order was ready when we arrived at the pick up window. Great service!!! A-1. This type of service should be copied at all restaurants.
Friendly service. Good food. Faster service than nearby competitors. I always order the platter meals. Only once I got soggy, greasy fries. Over all, I love the flavor of the chicken sandwiches. And the capaccino shakes are AWESOME!
