Boost mobile is starting to get under my skin ive tried being polite and friendly to these people but it seems as if everything they tell you is a lie just to try to convince you to spend a bunch of money on a new phone this woman told me not to buy a phone off amazon because they arent realible and the phone might not work through boost but suggested checking one mans junk instead... Then wanted to say any carrier will work with boost and then i ordered 2 new iphones and havent got an email an order number or anything at all and everytime i call the store directly it rings for 4 or 5 mins then i hang up. There is a woman in the store who literally ignores calls ive seen it
Busy customer archive is not the best
Was told that the iPhone 6 I brought would be unlocked and could be used with any company but it's not and now I'm getting the run around to get my money back
