What a wonderful place to have fun with your kids when it's cold outside!
Such a wonderful place to take your kids!! It’s a little smaller than the other Discovery Place museums but I actually enjoy that. I love how each level is pretty open and I can see my kids as they play in different areas. There are so many fun activities for my kids (ages 1 & 3), my son asks to go back on a regular basis. We decided to buy a year membership and have been so pleased with it!
My son loves this place. It's a great asset to our community. So appreciative to those who contributed to the funding of its establishment.
we've been coming here for 3 years, and the 5yo's love it. They would stay all day. There is a restaurant across the street: Pattan's is a good place for lunch. There are others in the area, too. I HIGHLY recommend for kids.
Modern, clean, safe for kids, well lit, good parking, engaging exhibits. Friendly staff. We were very happy to get a yearly membership and look forward to taking our 3 kids there during cold winter days. Anyone with an EBT or Wic voucher can pay $1 per person towards admission, so there is no excuse for not taking your kids there. There is a water game, pack an extra shirt for your kiddos in case they get drenched, otherwise, they have plastic aprons to don on top of your kiddos clothes (but our 3 kids ignored the aprons and ended up soaked).
