Pizza dough Quality was low. Falling apart. Had to cut myself. It was rushed. Was very unsatisfied.
The people, the managers are all great and so is the pizza!
I ordered 11 pizzas the day before a workshop for 40 people. They were supposed to be delivered before 12 noon. They never showed up!! I had to go to Little Caesar's and I ordered the same 11 pizzas and had them in 15 mins and they were less expensive. Never will I order from Papa John's in Rockingham again!!
They are very slow waited for 45 minutes to get one pizza. They were not busy at all one employee walked around on his phn doing nothing. A delivery guy come in off a run and fixed my pizza never again will I go to this place.
Papa John's is usually pretty good to me. Today I did however have to cut my own pizza lol. I didn't mind but knocked a star because I'm not the one getting paid to cut the pizza.
