This place is kept reasonably clean for being a garbage site. I have seen the staff get out and water hose the driveway in an effort to keep it clean and free of debris. There is an open bin where you can discard old furniture, toys, mattresses, etc. at no extra charge. People tend to leave good items such as candles, cases of soda and items in decent condition on the walls for other people to grab if they find them useful. The best thing about this place is that they have a recycle bin on site.
