I'm sitting here trying to figure out how the woman at the front desk still has a job? I recently went in there with my mother who was having some issues and she rolled her eyes at her was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I walked over and watched her with other patients and she was the exact same way with them. I used to be a patient here but that will no longer happen and the same goes with my mother. She needs some serious customer service tips. One being to treat the patients with respect.
Calling since 830 it is now 842 I keep getting a message that says, you are receiving this message because you are calling outside of telephone hours, our hours are 830 to 430 M-f. Well it's Monday and a non holiday. Absolutely frustrating. 3 stars only because I really like my OB.
