Had to return a broken globe for a fan and the experience was well above what I would have experienced. The electricians installed brand new, in the box, fans in our home that my wife and I purchased from a sister store. Upon opening the fans to install, the electricians found one globe busted. They notified me and I called the Rockingham store to inform them what had happened. They replaced the globe with no questions asked. Awesome experience!

Lowes is those places... the last you likely going to.. some stuff are overprice..pretty much eveything is overprices... a single piece can set you back 4-5$... so alway go to local hardware store first.. or simple find other places... is good for contractor.. but for the average consumer..skip if you can

Lowes is always changing their inventory every year so if you buy an expensive light fixture and one happens to burn out or break and you want to get a replacement so all your lights match well your out of luck because they done changed. All so there profolio brand is nothing but cheap garbage way over priced for the quality. Every thing is cheap CHINA made junk. A $2.00 light for a $113.00 they don't care if it's junk and they know it is all they care about is you coming back to buy a replacement. Because it rusted out. Fell apart. Or quit working.
