Horrible!!! Had to wait over 30 minutes to get a gold necklace replaced. The store was hot and the employees acted as if only one person could complete the transaction....and that person was waiting on another customer. Finally!!!! Started my transaction which took two employees to complete...needless to say..."im done!!!"
One of my favorite store for Richmond County
The employees are kind and helpful. Their noses are not stuck up in the air...Lol. It's nice to see all ages and genders working here. The store is always stocked and you can get better quality and still great great prices. Need a gift? To get something great and made well...You can sure get it and at a great cost. I get alot of Christmas gifts from here, and other things as well BC of sales, great products and great people to help. Great place to shop.
