I love this store good sales for plus!!
Very nice, clean new store. However there's no customer service. No one speaks to you when u walk in. Today, I was just looked at. I also observed another worker walking around talking on the store phone. Hope this isn't a sign of things to come being brand new.
Shame on you for your current advertisement for your sale. I don't even want to go to the shopping center where our NEW Rue 21 store is. I went to the ice cream shop the other day with my grandson who is just learning to read. Rue 21 just opened in our town. NOT HAPPY! I was planning to purchase my two daughters winter wardrobe there, but Nope....Not going to darken the doors.
I went in there ,done a exchange,it went very smoothly I have been trying to remember woman's name because she was very Pleasant,friendly I believe her name was Gina ...
