Went in at 10:30am for coolant flush, oil change And spark plug change. Was told it will take 4-5 hours for everything, no problem, figured its a lot so its ok. Get a call at 1:30 that they cant do spark plugs because the main tech is busy still, I said ok I can wait for it. I get a ride there around 2:30 and my car hadn't been touched and was going to take 2 more hours. Extremely dissatisfied and will not come here again.

Bought tires here with free rotations. Went in for my first rotation and was told I was missing a lug nut. My car had center caps that only they had removed. So either they didn't put my lug nut back on when they installed my new tires or they were lying about one missing. They then tried to charge me 20 dollars for a single lug nut. Funny part is I worked at a car parts store and know they cost less than $2 each. What a scam. Never trusted them again.

I think their new employee need to know how to treat their customers. family and I had been using their service for past 10 years with no real problems. But this year, when I called them for oil change appointment. the guy who answered my call was like "no can't do today", and then how about tomorrow? "no can't do tomorrow".. "no can't do next week"..". then why don't he just tell me next available time slot for oil change instead of keep saying "no.. no..no.."?. by the way, the next day when my sister brought another vehicle for new tires and alignment, and they had no problem with same day appointment. I was not surprised at all because obviously selling tires will make much bigger profit margin than changing oil. We did change ther tires there (althought it was expensive than walmart or online with lots of surcharges than other tire shops we did not have time). but whoever the guy answered my phone call was very unprofessional and annoying guy to deal with
