Had a recall on my cars' airbag. They arranged so quickly for me to have another vehicle...A NIIIICE vehicle too, till my cars parts come it. Everything went so smoothly. I was only upset that I just put in a FULL TANK OF GAS in the car that I was bringing in to see if it was indeed part of the airbag recall. The niiiice car they gave me was half full.
they gave us little for our trade, and added our loan from our used car to our new car, creating a 30,000 new car loan instead of a 22,000 new car. We will NEVER be able to trade in the car we bought with so much negative equity! The rogue we bought is only worth 16,000 and we are paying more than 30,000 after financing and payments !!!! Do the math....that's over 14,000 in negative equity! I could've bought my dream car for 30,0000!!! On good note, their service department is awesome!
