Visited 9/17 approx 4pm. Ordered chicken biscuit meal to go. While waiting inside observed customer come in from drive thru as drinks were forgotten. They gave her two cups to fill. Then soda fountain was out of all sodas only sweet tea full. There was lots of staff and only a few counter customers. I checked my receipt and noticed it said chicken meal. Reminded rep that I ordered a biscuit and she went back and told them I wanted a biscuit insuniating I had changed order. They made a face. After leaving I opened it 1. Was the smaller size chicken biscuit that I ordered and paid for. 2. It was hard and cold (the chicken)! 3. The chicken tasted bad and I threw it away rather than chance getting sick. In another warning to travelers note that a homeless man came up my car window parked in front.(this is the 2nd time this happened at this location). While I don't mind that so much but if you are concerned about your safety I would probably avoid this location. The restrooms were reasonably clean.
No sense of urgency at all! In my 54 years I have experienced a visit at McDonald's like this before. Waited 28 minutes for a Happy meal and that was after waiting in a long line to take my order! I would not have given any stars but that wasn't an option. To top it off....no one appeared to care. Never doing that again!!
The food was great, people are nice. Just they need to clean the restaurant better.
Overall friendly and courteous staff. The food is served at a quick Pace throughout the day time. But the night time wait is too long just to order simple items. And the night staff never completely get your order right there's always something missing.
We went in me and my grandbaby. We ordered, it took about 20-25 min. before we even got our food. Then when we got our food, they didn't give us everything we order. But thanks too the worker Keith, he was very helpful. They are really slow at the Rockingham, McDonald's.
