Why are there flies all over the donuts??? Love Dunkin but this is a big, disgusting turn off.
Not sure what the problem is. Maybe it depends on what time you go in but service actually doesn't take that long. The food is good and the service is generally friendly.
First visit. Decent cup off coffee and donuts, but let down by VERY SLOW service, 1 person in front of me and 6 staff behind the counter and took almost 10 minutes to get in and out. Very disappointed. I will give them one more chance at somepoint. Hopefully service will be better.
Customer service at 9 pm is lacking. Crew is super slow and tired (I get that somewhat) with no interaction. I won't revisit this late again.
This is a gas station kiosk not a Dunkin donuts. The picture of a Dunkin store front is inaccurate. They have regular coffee and iced coffee and no donuts. There is a real Dunkin store a mile down the road though.
